Overall my experience has been well....ehhhh.....I needed tires I couldn't afford it at the time so I took the $1 labor day deal and did 6 months to pay it off. I have paid on time with no issues. The employees there have always been helpful and pleasant any time I've had issues but I've had issue after issue with the new regional collection manager he is just awful and does not belong in customer service at all.
