They replaced tmps, Was leaking went back the next day, had me waiting for 2 hours for something wasn't done right, All that after I spoke with store manager osvaldo Martinez. Zero customer courtesy wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it.
So my father-in-law purchased tires from these scam artist and he is in the hospital. They took money out of his account overdrive to his account. He is two weeks behind on these payments. They said he was a month and a half behind. They repossessed the tires and stole the lug nuts and the wheels off the car as well. They left the car sitting on blocks. Very helpful in the process and staff is extremely knowledgeable and will recommend RNR to others.
I wish I had known I was gonna wait 4 hrs, other than told my car was gonna b put in sooner than later, if I was told it wld it wld b awhile I wld have made plans but they made it seems I wld be in n out type of thing. Don't get me wrong I get u hav a business but up front n honest about the time n where the customers car really is at in line. I cld hav went somewhere else for those 4.5 hrs than kept being told It won't be long n since I'm just gettin tires I'll b 4th out 6 in line. Be real that all I'm saying.
