RnR Tire in Lufkin has been a blessing for me but not only do they have excellent customer service they go out of their way to help you even when they are very busy. Taylor made certain that my needs were met on a weekend that I was going out of town. She took it upon herself to check my tires for me. I highly recommend them Kim Hill

My family and I have done a lot of business with RNR tire and were treated well until recently when they hired a new manager. We have bought several sets of tires for our multiple family vehicles and some rims as well. The previous manager was awesome, he always kept us coming back with good customer service and consistency. I have bought four sets of tires there and a set of rims. First time back in since Shane left and let me tell you they are rude. I will not spend my money there ever. They treat you like dirt under there feet. Also are $300 for the same tires over priced from the Tire family that got my money today. So good luck staying in business during hard times treating people Iike y’all did today.
