This place is a rip-off. And the worst customer service I have seen. Can’t wait until I am done with them. I made an appointment to get a tire fixed. When I made the appointment I asked them if they could balance and rotate my tires. They said no we don’t do that on Saturday. So when I came in the guy in front of me didn’t have an appointment and wanted his tires balanced and rotated. They said sure no problem. they are trying to extend my contract because they took my card off of autopay and by 2 days they want to charge finance charge. I called them personally to change my card and made an extra payment and told them to use that card. now they are feeding me bull that I owe finance charges when I was calling wondering why they ha ent taken out the money. got the runaround and never got the email to send them proof and that "corporate " can only make changes but conveniently boss not there till Monday which extends the contract mo... read more

never even been to Florida. live in Alaska and this company keeps harassing us for unknown persons bill. they have called us at 6 am to ask about Hal and Amanda.

been going here for 15 years and continue to go back because the staff is very knowledgeable and helps me every time find the correct wheels and tires for my car 15 years I have been pleased with rent and roll if you don't call that good service I don't know what is tell me where you have been going for service for 15 plus years and still going there rent and roll on Brandon Boulevard are the greatest wheel people around!
