Well I bought some supposed to been new tires $1700 and the crazy thing about it is that I never had a flat tire for un till this morning well come to find out that the new tires had a patch on the one I had a flat on which left me confused seeing I never had a flat tire till this morning make sure they are always on the up and up to me it's bad business all the way round
Back in April 2023 I signed up to make monthly payments on a set of tires for my truck at the RNR Tire Express location in Bossier City Louisiana. It is now January 27, 2024 and I have had nothing but continuous issues with this place. Almost daily, they try to charge my account for random amounts that I do not owe and they call/text me constantly threatening to take legal action on me for nonpayment even though I am not behind on my payments. very dissatisfied with the service!! The good thing I thought would be the payment plans.... Well not so. Every 2 weeks to mth I'd pay $100 and it only knocked $50 off my account. When I paid off I didn't want to drive 30 miles to west monroe and asked them to just put the receipt in the mail. They refused to do that. Be very careful getting tires from here....also my last receipt showed my balance to be $200.62 I called to pay off they charged me $220.60!!!!
Bought 2 new tires one week later my wife had a blow out on interstate with our kids in car had to argue with them to replace tire not a good tire place
