Went in today for a tire repair and experienced superb service! Highly knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly! 11/10, would recommend!
No one ever called me back. Had to go to another store that’s farther.
Extremely rude and unprofessional
I would like to thank, the RNR team in Alton, IL. Today 7/18/25, I was in need of my tire looked at get it patched if it could be. They got it all done in a timely fashion and hooked me up with the help I needed. I’ll gladly keep them in mind for business and or other needs for what they did for me today. Thank you guys! Edit: I found out that from my buddy of mines Shop in Missouri. That my tire was never repaired or any look of being fixed. I had a small gash mark on the inside of the tire wall, now I have to get my tire r... read more
