The Service Department here is the worst I've ever seen if I could give 0 stars I would! We purchased a $100,000.00 dollar RV this summer only to find out air conditioner wasn't working since it's under warranty didn't think this would be an issue to get takin car of it's now been well over 2 months and we have gotten no where Dennis in the service department won't answer our calls and won't call us back and when we asked for his manager (Andrew Service Department Manager) to figure out how to take care of this he was so rud... read more
