We, and our son, have done business over many years with RNR RV in Liberty Lake, WA and have always been treated with respect and honesty. The sales, service, and parts employees and managers of sales and service have also treated us very well. The body shop personnel have also been responsive, and the repair staff are truly "artists" and "genius" at their jobs. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY! The Service Department here is the worst I've ever seen if I could give 0 stars I would! We purchased a $100,000.00 dollar RV this summer only to find out air conditioner wasn't working since it's under warranty didn't think this would be an issue to get takin car of it's now been well over 2 months and we have gotten no where Dennis in the service department won't answer our calls and won't call us back and when we asked for his manager (Andrew Service Department Manager) to figure out how to take care ... read more

We were interested in a Class C advertised on their web site. Called salesman let him know we would be in on saturday. Saturday comes, salmon states rv is "on loan" to an employee. Salesman states rv would be back tuesday. Call made to salesman on Friday and salesman states RV still on loan to trusted employee. Is there such an rv? Do NOT TRUST these people. Buyer beware. Bought a travel trailer in 2013. Traded in a tent trailer. Salesman told us tent trailer not eligible for sales tax credit. Completed sale and went home. Did some research and we were entitled to the ales tax credit. Pointed this out to them, lo and behold, it was a computer error. Now what a coincidence that the salesman would tell us this lie then the computer would confirm that very lie? C'mon, these people have been doing this a long time. Expect signifiant delays for service, even with an appointment. An appointment is just to see a service advisor. Then they put your RV in line to be worked on. Took over 2 hours for generator scheduled maintenance with an appointment.

An appointment means nothing. It is the time you can arrive and they will put it in line to be worked on. Made an appointment for a 1/2 hour generator maintenance and it took over 2 hours. When I complained they just did not care.

absolutely the best We were traveling in a 20-year-old motorhome, and broke down outside of Spokane. We were towed to R. & R. Imagine our surprise when we saw the 40 repair bays, and the hook-ups with full-service available. It was the weekend of the 4th of July.
