Vehicle in need of shocks rides very rough also the latch that holds patient in place let go on a lane change! Staff was excellent as always and stayed right with patient as requested

I arranged this Hamilton hospital - Brantford LTC transfer for my friend who is quite obese. RNR claimed they had to send two crews to move her on/off the stretcher...a valid point. However, the crew said RNR could have sent just one crew and used the sling she had... the hospital had a built-in ceiling lift...so did the LTC. I'm wishing RNR had asked me about the possibility of a mechanical lift at the sites as we were charged double the usual rate due to the double team...over $500 for a one-way transfer! My 85 year-old grandmother broke her leg and had to be transferred from Orillia to Toronto. Our family was nervous about the trip but Isaac and Cory made her feel safe, comfortable and were so friendly and engaging. A big thank you to the RNR team for your excellent care.

The cost of transport with RNR is far more than other companies ($165 vs $215) plus the threat of NUMEROUS added costs if circumstances changed, which could have doubled the cost if these had occurred. None of the other companies that I received quotes from had extra costs associated. The entire phone call for the quote felt like a complete money grab. And the wait was far longer than others. 4 hour wait vs 45 minute wait for the company I chose over RNR. Do your research!!
