I called RNR Patient Transfer Services and told them my situation. I am a bilateral amputee and I am unable to get me prosthetics on right now because of a wound/swelling. I have dialysis three times a week. Needed a ride for the next few months while this heals. It takes 35 minutes to the hospital and 35 minutes back home. The prices is $485. Come on. Who can afford that price. They would not even budge on the price - no discount given it was for a few months. THanks. I guess I miss dialysis and die.
Staff were friendly and we communicated each step for on and off stretcher. Well done.

Vehicle in need of shocks rides very rough also the latch that holds patient in place let go on a lane change! Staff was excellent as always and stayed right with patient as requested
