I have used this service several times now to transport my husband home from the hospital and out to appointments. They have been excellent. From the first call to Heather who was more than willing to take all the necessary info to the actual staff who did the transport and the helpful accts receivable person who emailed my receipts, everyone was so kind. They gladly answer questions and took good care of us. Highly recommend this service. Great teamwork and very pleasant to deal with.
Absolutely horrendous and shockingly unprofessional. My palliative mother’s transfer involved the vehicle ending up in a ditch because they couldn't back down the driveway, speeding down bumpy roads so fast my body lifted off the seat twice, speeding down the highway and honking at cars to move out of their way because they wanted to go faster, and off‑loading her in the middle of the street (because backing up is clearly not a skill the driver possessed). Wanted a simple transfer from RVH to home in Innisfil. Some mobility issues - just needs some assistance. RNR ONLY provides stretcher service - a stretcher would not be able to get him into the house due to snow and narrow walkway - ambulance needed a chair to even get him to the stretcher. Brief - abrupt and VERY unhelpful.
I recently needed to use patient transfer to move my husband from the hospital to long term care.They were efficient, punctual and compassionate in moving him.The dispatcher was friendly and explained how the billing process worked.If ever I need patient transfer again,I would definitely use them again.I highly recommend them!
We were extremely happy with the service that brought our dear mother home safely from hospital. Paige and Kayla were totally lovely, kind, professional and a pleasure to interact with on Nov 17. Very well done!
