Customer service is so bad I question if this is even a real company. Their website is such a convoluted mess it is hard to make heads or tails. They refuse to answer any phone calls and emails just produce auto replies like it is from their FAQ that looks like it was written by a 5 year old. You would be foolish trust a company who acts like this.
Great Example of "Customer No Service" RNR-Marine's website states the best way to reach them is by email. Problem is that they don't respond to questions. Did receive an automated response indicating they got my emails, but no personal response. If you have questions prior to purchase, go somewhere else.
Buyer beware! They took my money, then a few days later cancelled my order and refunded 90%, with 10% ad a cancellation fee. I didn’t request the order be cancelled. I wanted to canvas. Then they stopped all communication. Sent to credit card company to resolve.
