I purchased a new home in April 2025. The home was a model home until my purchase. So, all selections for the home were made by the builder’s design team. I have been in the home for 2 weeks. Overall it’s a will built, modern home, with upscale finishes. We have owned an RNL home for about 6 years. The customer service during that time has been great. We especially want to thank Raymond for all the information he has provided about the proper maintenance of our home. We have purchased many homes over the years and RNL has been by far the best.
My husband I recently bought an RNL home in College Station from the couple who were the original owners. We had some questions about some items in the home that were not included in the new home book the original owners left for us.
