I purchased a new home in April 2025. The home was a model home until my purchase. So, all selections for the home were made by the builder’s design team. I have been in the home for 2 weeks. Overall it’s a will built, modern home, with upscale finishes. The main things I liked are excellent and abundant storage ( well thought out), nicely finished front and back porches ( not just broom finish concrete), epoxy flooring in the 3 car garage,, foam insulation for the attic, Subzero and Wolfe appliances, and well designed lands... read more
We have owned an RNL home for about 6 years. The customer service during that time has been great. We especially want to thank Raymond for all the information he has provided about the proper maintenance of our home. We have purchased many homes over the years and RNL has been by far the best.
