Attic mold from bad ventilation—Nina laid plastic sheeting, wore full mask, and dry‑scrubbed sheathing before misting with peroxide solution. Suggested adding two soffit vents and an attic fan. Showed me before/after pics so I didn’t have to climb up. On time, organized, and even swept insulation crumbs off the driveway

Prior to hiring RNK Water Damage Restoration, I tried to address the water damage on my own. I made some progress, but it was taking too long.
