They did an excellent job fixing my car. They were patient with how long it took the person's insurance to go through and were great communicators the whole way through, receiving updates from me and letting me know what I needed to do next. They were recommended to me and I will recommend this place to others. Overall great experience with rnj body shop.
Took my 2001 Ford Escape that had significant front end damage from a recent accident to RNJ Body Shop off Patton Ave in West Asheville. Thomas the owner and his team worked miracles. The car looks better than it did prior to the accident. They also worked during hurricane Helene and we're always patient and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was working. If your car needs body work I strongly recommend these guys. Here is a picture of my truck's makeover.
I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND OVERALL PAINT JOB ON MY 2006 TOYOTA! The clear coat finally failed after 18 years resulting in a very icky/rusty appearance. THOMAS has my car looking like NEW! Great service! Thomas was really friendly and helpful, it's the only place in town that will remove rust to stop it from spreading.
Good work at a good price completed in a very timely manner.
