Rick and his crew are the best around! On a cross country road trip in our RV we ran into transmission issues. Rick worked hard to get us back on the road asap - would absolutely recommend!
We were rolling through rapid city on vacation and we stopped for gas when we tried to get going the truck wouldn’t turn over. We started calling around and the first few auto shops we tried said they’ll couldn’t get us in for about a week. Rnj immediately was able to take a look and had the truck working in about 3 hours. They even sent someone to grab me so I didn’t have to get a lift. Amazing job me and the family really appreciated everything.

My alternator went out on my car and Rick was super helpful on getting it fixed so I wasn’t out of a car for multiple days. I’m not very well versed in car mechanics so it was nice that they explained things to me and also let me see the pieces so I could see what they were seeing! I also appreciated their ability to communicate with me when they fixed it and any other issues they found in my car.
