Very disappointing experience. communication was poor, and the car was returned dirty. I received no updates when they received the vehicle or when it was ready. This was an MPI claim, yet the main issue was not properly fixed. Overall, very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this shop.
Called on Friday, and been told to bring in the truck Tuesday or Wednesday which I did, but as they didn’t have any room they made me turn around… Great planning.
Thanks to Vitaly and his team for fast and professional work with repairing my car from hail damage. Highly recommend this place.
