I really enjoyed my time at RNF CrossFit! I joined temporarily while visiting family and they were very accommodating. It’s a very welcoming community and I really appreciated the time and care the coaches put into making sure everyone has the right form, etc. Keep up the fantastic work and I hope to work out with y’all again!

On vacation from NC. Had so much fun with the first drop in, had to come back for another round. Fantastic affiliate with great programming and even better coaching. Awesome for athletes at any ability level. Thanks for having me and showing me such a great time!
We did a drop in Saturday class while traveling through the area and loved it. The programming is great and the members/coaches were all very friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were home! We would definitely go back.
