They charge a crazy fuel surcharge (making profit), 80-100% parts up-charge. Feels like they take advantage of unfortunate situations for drivers. They could be a lot more fair. I am mechanic, worked on truck after rnd services had in the shop. Nothing good, striped threats, us standard bolts installed with metric nuts, missing hardware, ... no basic knowledge.
