I’ve been seeing Tarquinn for personal training for over 4 years. His passion and professionalism is a stand out from any trainer I’ve used in the past. Tarquinn’s ability to create a workout program specifically designed for me has not only given me the results I wanted but it’s also given me the confidence go to a gym on my own. His classes are fun, educational and results driven. I could not recommend Rnd One and Tarquinn more.

Tarquin is such a great coach - always pushing you to do better, but in a fun & safe way! Have learnt so much about boxing over the past 6 weeks, and my technique plus fitness has improved so much.
