Took my 2017 Lexus IS 200t here for repair after extensive rodent damage in my engine bay. They were very professional and did an amazing job in completing the repair. While dealership refused to work with insurance, RNB worked with them and got an extra 4k out of them in the estimate. Once estimate was finalized, all work, including waiting for parts to ship, was completed in less than 2 weeks. Great experience and will be coming here again.
0 stars. I brought my stuts in to be assembled. Its a 30 miniute job. I was told it would be 2 hours. After 3hours i stoped by to check on things and nither were assembled and he scrached a brand new 400$ strut. I was very impressed with my recent experience at RNB Auto Repair. The owner Joel was friendly and very knowledgeable about my car. He gave it a full tune up, replaced all fluids, and the cost was reasonable. He even went out of his way to to fix my passenger seat which was squeaking and driving me crazy. I could not recommend Joel more to others and will definitely be coming back for other maintenance needs.
