Wendy helped our family with enrollment during a stressful time. She walked us through every step, and when the Pennie site was having technical issues during the last few days of September, she spoke to a representative to make sure that coverage would be effective for all of October even if we were unable to complete enrollment by October 1. She responded quickly to calls and texts, and she and Nancy checked in with us while we were awaiting approval. Highly recommend!
