Staff here helped me sort a return of a poorly fitted boot from a different location. Wonderfully patient and dedicated to making things right with the customer, even through the error was not theirs.
I'd like to thank the staff at this store for helping me with my purchase, very friendly and nothing seemed to be a bother to them. After some time I walked out with my purchase very happy indeed. I highly recommend this store for your RM Williams experience.
