What really stood out was their willingness to help me with an existing pair of my old boots that needed repairing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Awful store teams have poor customer service. Impatient serving customers when customers try to get the right fit. The staff eye-rolled at each other when customers asked for different sizes.
I had a terrible experience at this store. The guy was rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. I was thinking to get couple pairs of the boots but being ignored no service whatsoever I would spend my money elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Got three pairs of their socks at $60 each pair, with occasional wearing they’ve gone holey after just one year. What a bloody ripoff.
