Received amazing customer service from Linda today. My partner and I came in store near closing time, and Linda was still helpful and attentive. She helped us by explaining the R.M William brand, shoe styles and sizing options. She asked questions and offered multiple sizing options for my partner to try and go back on forth on. She was also quick to offer solutions. Thank you, Linda!
My wife had the best experience with this store and the manager Linda. She was trying to purchase a cap over the phone and had internet trouble and the staff were so patient and kind even for a smaller sale. Thanks Linda and staff at Chatswood chase rm Williams.

Very, very disappointed. I ordered signature boots (they cost $1000) near two weeks ago and have been anxiously waiting for them to arrive in store. I was advised that they would take 5-7 business days to arrive for me to collect. I’ve just been contacted to say that they will take 6-8 weeks on special order and we now won’t have them in time for a wedding late September as intended.
