I had such a wonderful experience at R.M. Williams Chatswood Chase thanks to Louie. We came in just 5 minutes before closing, and despite the timing, he never rushed us once. There's rude and unmannered people and there's two ladies plucked straight off the streets who don't seem to care much about much. Having only choice between 5 similarly lookong hats is pretty disappointing.

Drove into Chatswood chase store to get my RM Williams boots repaired. To be told I had to come back another day as the store won’t repair or fix or polish on the weekends. They wouldn’t even hold them until Monday as they might get LOST! I told her I was in no hurry to get them fixed. Just didn’t want to make another trip to Chatswood and fight the traffic and car parking. The manager was unhelpful and rude. Won’t be going there again!

Genuinely lovely staff and amazing new store located in the revitalised Chatswood Chase shopping centre. Thanks to Linda who was incredibly professional and a was great RM Williams brand ambassador.
