Super rude on the phone, couldn't even get a question out without being interrupted with a snarky response.
The owner is very rude if you don’t give him business. Got a NYS inspection done and afterwards when I called about a question he was very rude and dismissive. He failed me for my tires which is ok. Didn’t specify which tires in the report so I asked if he could write it down so I could get it changed elsewhere. He said no, was aggressive, and hung up. Horrible customer service.
