I came here solo for dinner, traveling on a weekend getaway, and by chance it was open mic night! I enjoyed the music and got a tri tip sandwich which was amazing! It wasn't just meat and bread - it had slaw, crunchy onion and a chimichurri sauce. So good! I'm not a drinker so I can't speak to the drinks but it looks like they have a solid menu and people were vibing with their drinks. Seems like a happening spot to hang at night. I’m not much of a food critic, I am pretty easily pleased with some food and a good drink. RMU, whether sitting at the bar upstairs with friends or in the carriage house with my wife and kids has never disappointed me
Their food is sooo good. My go-to place for burgers. The underground burger, and duck fat fries! Thank you Aaron for your thoughtfulness!!
Burger is awful. No lettuce, no onions, so flavorless. Boring buns. For 22$ you'd think they would toast the buns...nope. Completely disappointed 😞Please explain to me the difference from McDonald's. Just gushy - disgusting. Fries are flavorless..... Update: notice that it took months before management responded which is a direct reflection.
Outstanding Sunday afternoon at RMU! Excellent drinks, food, and service in a splendid setting! Truly a special place in Truckee! Our daughter is a local and we will certainly return!!
