They have 4 pillars they supposedly follow accountability, customer service, cohesiveness, and price competitive, but when we took our truck that was all thrown out the window. What should have been less than 2 weeks of work has turned into a month and nothing has been done. They try and fix issues with the supposed experienced mechanics and just make them worse.
