Do yourself a favour and see Olga. She's helped with chronic pain I've had for 5+ years that doctors said I'd just have to live with. A couple work injuries and 15 years of lifting in the gym, she's able to take feedback of how my body is moving and feeling, and really lock on to what I need. I started seeing her at Zenergy in Frankford and have followed her here, she's incredible.
I'm a stubborn man who doesn't really do self care. I'm sore and a mess...until Olga. That woman has the magical hands. And she's very very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner too! She had me so relaxed I was falling asleep making all kinds of noises, can't remember the last time I was that relaxed. Go here. See here, get better
Olga is amazing! She helped me with not only tight muscles, but relaxation a well with Reiki. Highly recommend and I've seen about 10 RMTs in my lifetime.
