Efficient and fast shipping.
I purchased a Stator from RM Stator. After installation I checked the output. My readings were all (VAC and VDC) much lower than the recommended output by the manufacturer. But it is a charging. RM Stator said they would test if I returned it. I feel they will get the same reading I saw and state there is nothing wrong with it. Manufacture says I I should see 14 vdc at idle I see 12.4 vdc. RMS went WAY beyond the norm to work with me to correct things that I did incorrectly. Any and all work that I do requiring replacement/repair of stators/reg recs will be with RMS.
Staff were very helpful over the phone answering questions and placing the order. The order was made on Friday with delivery here by Monday afternoon. Great service. I’ll complete the install & will know next summer if the new regulator/rectifier for my SeaDoo is working properly.
Great company. I emailed them with trouble shooting questions. Very responsive very informative every time I asked a question. After trouble shooting my stator was bad. They recommended the one that would fit my quad. Shipped in 2 days shipping cost was reasonable for2 day shipping. . Fit perfect. Works great quad up and running again . Picture of old vs new. Highly recommend.
