The gym is very convenient and has all the facilities but it is open to everyone!! One tenant gives out the key to his family of 5 and the facility gets filled up by a family of 5-8 and that is when another tenant who works in the building cannot use gym! The key to the gym should be provided to a tenant only and should be used by that tenant only! Not by the tenant's family! If this is controlled then all the tenants can use the gym.
The company threatened me with defamation so I have to choose my words carefully. This review is solely based on. My personal experience as a tenant for the last 3 years. It has been a nightmare. RMS is literally driving us out of business so I caution anyone who wants to rent from them to look elsewhere and if there is a better option perhaps that would be a safer choice.
