Another great service call from RMS. Dispatchers Jessica and Sam are always so friendly and professional, The techs I usually see, Rich and Craig, are easy to deal with. Nice guys. They always get my SUBWAY equipment back up and running quickly and efficiently. I feel I get added value by the tips they share on how to reduce my repair bills and extend the life of older equipment. Nice to feel respected and valued as a customer!
