I want to say think to Roberto and kyle.... RMS heating &cooling ltd. They are so professional to help me install the dual heat pump system. They are very patient to explain to me (as I do not know anything about this system at all) and answer all my questions. They did the job very responsible and take care every details. I am sad and disappointed to have to post this bad review to someone I considered a friend as well as a customer of his .Roberto sold me our Viessman and they have serviced by Kyle for the 3yrs everything seemed ok in the last cold snap we had a fault .called Roberto.he ask the code -combustion controller fault ,no one came over to ck the unit out but he went out and bought it and tried to get me to pay for it even after it was know that it was under warranty 1525$ because he didn’t want to wait for the money and that was th... read more
So happy with the service I received from RMS. My air conditioning has been broken and they were able to fix it for me! They also came very quickly, which I appreciate since it is summer and a busy time of year. I would recommend them to anyone. 👍🏼 (Review posted for my Mom)
