They returned my call in a timely manner and got me scheduled right away. Very efficient service. The rep Caleb was outstanding. They serviced my True treadmill.
Today I had a service call scheduled to troubleshoot my treadmills. Caleb, my tech, arrived promptly on time. He was very courteous and competent. My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would high reccommed RMS Fitness
I received appointment details within a satisfactory timeframe. **6/30/22** I had my Precor elliptical repaired today, but I am still hearing noise and scraping vibration while using the equipment. I’m waiting to hear back from RMS to see how they will fix this problem. ***8/18/22 Waiting for part for almost 2 months. I sent an email seeking to get an explanation, but no one responded. ***8/31/22 They finally came and brought my part for Precor. They fixed it pretty fast and all is working great.
