absolutely pathetic communication and service, your response is a load of crap! the car was taken by tilt tray because it broke down you told me that you couldn't do anything for 2 wks and i agreed to wait. 3wks came and i rang you to see if anything had been done you said no and that you would diagnose it on Monday after the wk end. Monday comes and still nothing from you so i dropped in to find out that nothing had been done as promised again your excuse was" oh well you dropped in to me" so I've taken it to a decent mecha... read more

Called in for advice on a maybe problem. Booked in for next week and hoping for the least of the "could be" outcomes. Mechanic was helpful, informative and treated me with respect.

These guys are amazing!!! I was moving from Canberra in my van with my puppy and broke down outside Kempsey (still had 5hrs of driving to go). These guys towed my van for free to their establishment on their day off and had my van fixed the same day. I had everything I own in the van and my dog and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. They calmed me down and reassured me that they will get me back on the road in no time.
