I currently live in one of the RMS Properties and have been dealing with an ongoing issue that is required to be handled by Connecticut State law in 21 days max. It has been longer than that and I can legally pursue the matter in court now, I’ve called this location and left multiple voicemails to allow you all an opportunity to fix it as the property managers have not been helpful. I have pictures and sound memos that I will upload here and on the actual property Google review if someone doesn’t get back to me in 72hrs.

Should of read these reviews before I did business with them. They lied to me about the distance I had to run hose, made me move my rig multiple times because they couldn't get their act together. And there was two manholes instead of one. And what was suppose to take ten minutes took almost two hours. Helped them out on ta days notice due to inspectors, now waiting three months to get paid, lied too four weeks in a Row about payment! From my experience, I wouldn't do business with them again! Still haven't been Paid!
