Stellar service! This will be my shop from now on! I'm so happy I found them! So knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth! They know their stuff, especially with European cars, they took great care with my Audi! I'm definitely a customer for life now.
The guys at RMS automotive did a phenomenal job, i took my 06 jeep to them with a blown engine. After the engine was installed there was a few hiccups that had us puzzled but they worked effortless to get it resolved and with amazing work they figured out the problem, got it resolved and it runs amazing. If you ever need anything done. Go see Rob and his crew at RMS Automotive in Bloomingdale. They care about there customers even the little guys.

Rob and his crew at RMS did a great job swapping out the midpipe on my car. They took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but they seem to be insanely busy. Even for how busy they were their customer service was amazing overall! They missed a few things and offered to take care of it free of charge whenever I could come in again which truly shows their dedication to their customer base. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Contacted RMS to install a catback exhaust for my X3. Made plans on Tuesday 7/1 to drop my car off on Sunday 7/6 at noon for a 7/7 install, to account for the current exhaust to cool off. I texted Rob at 12:38 on Sunday apologizing for the delay due to my work schedule and that I could either come that day to drop off still or come in first thing Monday morning and be okay with a Tuesday pick up.
