Spent 3 months with this service provider to fix my refrigerator. The results are my refrigerator is still not working after 100 days back and forth with the service. The service was covered by SamSung due to some product issue. He was nice and made multiple visits to my house to try to fix. But after spending hours to diagnosis and fix the issue, the fridge is still not working. Since then, I can never get contact to follow up again.
