I was looking for a chair for my home office, and this company is a dealer for HON, a brand that comes up regularly in online chair reviews. They took the time to demonstrate multiple models for me, and gave me plenty of time to sit in them, allowing me to make an informed decision. Moreover, their prices for the customized models are very attractive.

Literally the most unprofessional and disinterested group I have ever experienced doing business with. I'm not sure what they do for profit, but the idea of closing a sale seems totally foreign. After an itemized invoice was sent in the wrong format (or not attached), 8 days later and I still don't have an invoice when I am ready to pay. Terrible client communication. Take your time and your money elsewhere.
