Mike with RMR built my first home. I had no idea what to expect, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He made the process easy and was very patient, accessible, and responsive. I had plenty of requests, changes, and silly questions, and he was very accommodating. Any issues or concerns that arose, he handled promptly and made right. He was very fair and did not overcharge for extras. I get so many compliments on my new house. Highly recommend RMR.

As RMR company, it is top notch. Very helpful in both his real estate and construction business. I would highly recommend this company for any of your real estate needs and home construction. It has been a pleasure to deal with the owner as he has done much for me from moving to this area.
Small bathrooms. Not costly at all. Right across the street from the beach. Store is across the street. No congestion in the area. Very peaceful place. All the guest were friendly. Met quite a few people while I was visiting. Other than the small bathrooms great places for a family getaway.
