My husband and I rented a home through Clockwork Property (Hunters Ct. in Corona Ca) Brian was sent to our property for repairs numerous times. So when RMR responds that they don't have a customer in their system (Derek Dean) actually purchased this home and we as the renter paid for the work they did not perform. However, we will address that in small claims court. I would tell anyone to steer clearing of this service. My experience is limited, but in terms of a company that utterly ripped people off. This place is top of the list. We bought a house and this company was tasked with the repairs before we moved in. So it's not money out of our pocket, but upon walking in I told the real estate agent to contact them and get their money back immediately.
