My husband and I rented a home through Clockwork Property (Hunters Ct. in Corona Ca) Brian was sent to our property for repairs numerous times. So when RMR responds that they don't have a customer in their system (Derek Dean) actually purchased this home and we as the renter paid for the work they did not perform. I would tell anyone to steer clearing of this service. My experience is limited, but in terms of a company that utterly ripped people off. This place is top of the list. We bought a house and this company was tasked with the repairs before we moved in. So it's not money out of our pocket, but upon walking in I told the real estate agent to contact them and get their money back immediately.
