RML has HORRIBLE customer service and their billing department is a joke. No one EVER answers the phone. If you send an email, you might get a reply........ They continue to send a bill to both myself and my husband for bloodwork that they have never filed with our insurance even though we both provided current insurance information (both at the facility where our blood was drawn AND in an email) to RML. They have mailed the same bill to both of us 3 times. What a waste of paper!!!!!!
