Very nice and professional. Knowledgeable in their field... The ladies (Ari and Shanelle) were caring and compassionate especially with a panicked needle phobic patient. Better experience compared to Tulsa hospitals.
Staff is great - waits are ridiculous. There is another branch down the block but it's closed to out-patients due to "staffing issues", i.e. people aren't willing to work there because they are either underpaid or treated poorly. Think about that during your two-hour wait.
