The billing problems from there change had been corrected. Everything very good now.
Waited an hour and a half after the time they were supposed to be open and still no one had shown up. Missed work for this and still didn’t get it done. Pretty disappointed!
Shannon was very professional and prompt
The only worker was rude and obnoxious. She seemed bothered by her customers. I had a bad experience this time around but previous times were better. Maybe she was having a bad day but she didn't have to take it out on us. Too bad it's the only rml in the area since that's the lab our transplant team wants us to use for her biweekly labs.
