I went to check blood test and glucose test everything went well.
They're really friendly and really efficient. We didn't spend any more than about 10 minutes there to get blood work and all done, and out the door. I highly recommend.
Horrible service. The lady stuck me in the waiting room and blew out my vein. It’s been over a week and my arm is still horribly bruised. As a phlebotomist, I would never treat any of my patients as poorly as she did. Maybe you shouldn’t be drawing blood if you don’t know how to do it properly. Students have more skills than she does.
I recently had my blood drawn for prenatal screening at this facility. As a RN and phlebotomy instructor, I was very disappointed. For this particular test, my skin needed to be cleaned very thoroughly. The lab tech wiped my skin with the alcohol wipe once and immediately dried it off with a cotton swap. She then drew my blood into special glass tubes that I had to bring from my doctor. She dropped the one of the tubes. She said it didn't look broken but didn't even apologize.
