Do not get outdoor lighting from this company. I had my out door lights put in and they give no choice but put the controls in the loft and set you up with smart app that keeps losing connection with control in loft. So I have no control on my lights going on and off and the company doesn’t care or listen. I spent over £300 on these lights and rely on them keep the area safely lit up when required. I used Mark and his team to install outdoor soffit lights on my property, which they advertise heavily on social media. From the beginning the lights would come on by themselves and I’d have real issues trying to switch them back off (wired badly through a wifi box in my attic, wires visible). This happened weekly, sometimes several times a week so I was forever trying to get them off or reconnected. I highly recommend RML electrical. I called to have a shower cord panel/switch completely replaced. Free quote over the phone and they came the following day. Arrived exactly at the time specified. Polite, courtious and very friendly. Excellent service and great quality of work. I cannot recommend enough. This will be my go to for future electrical work.

Have asked for a Electrical report and PAT test. After the first failed report they came to do another rectified test, however after week of waiting and calls, messages and emails chasing no one sent me the rectified report, until the agent said they need to turn down the new tenant and I called them again numerous times to get my rectified report eventually.
