I got stood up 2 times. i waited around for the guys to come out they were suppose to be there at 1:30 and they didnt call me until 7:30 in the evening. so they scheduled me for the next morning. I got a call from the office girl saying they couldn't come until after 12 so I told her I would be around tell about 130. they never showed and I never got another call back. I plan to try and use someone local before using someone in Austin. But I guess that seems to be impossible.
