This place is incredible. Id been researching golf carts for a while and landed on a more than fair price at RMI. Their team is incredibly responsive and go above and beyond as far as service. Also, multiple employees were eager to mention what a great community it is to work for.
Serviced my golf cart with no issues. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Will be taking my cart back for it's next service.
Website says "We service both gas and electric carts, new golf carts and used golf carts". I guess they do, as long as it is a make they want to service. After giving all my info to a rep, they said they don't work on Star carts. Reasons included they didn't know where to get parts. I'm in my 70's and I've heard of the internet, and also know how to use a phone to call STAR or a Star dealer. Very disappointed in the false statement.

Excellent experience in buying a golf cart at RMI Golf Carts. Matt was awesome to talk with and he made great suggestions. Prices are great as well! Highly recommend RMI!
