I was excited when I found this shop two blocks from my office with so many good reviews. On my first visit, Ramon quoted me $600 to upgrade the speakers in my new Chevy Equinox. When I came back a few days later for the work, owner Ray told me it would be $1,100 to do it right (first red flag). Ray convinced me to go for the new higher price, telling me he would install an amp inside the dashboard. Very good experience as a first time customer. Ramon and his team installed my ground effects kit in a matter of a few hours. Very professional throughout the entire process. The team even stood there past their normal business hours, just to make sure the job was done and complete to satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team!! You gained a new customer here. I will return for all future aftermarket car work.

Just want to give a quick insight about my experience with this amazing RADIO SHOP!! A REAL BIG SHOUT TO RAMON AND HIS STAFF since day one I walked into this store I was greeted with nothing but love and professionalism! And since that day I get treated as if I am family him not knowing me from a hole in the wall did not change anything of how he treated me and I was amazed by it!
