I was referred to Bob’s company as a small business resource for tax preparation and guidance on business structure. Initially, I had a positive experience. Bob advised me to transition my business from an LLC to an S-Corp, and at the time, everything felt well thought out and supported. For the first couple of years, communication was consistent, and I felt comfortable reaching out with questions. His team also handled my monthly QuickBooks, which was helpful. DO NOT use this business! We were unfortunately referred to RMH. Extremely unprofessional, erratic communication and poor business practices. Had an absolutely horrible experience.
