Posting this based on my partners experiences thus far. When looking for a new primary care as her previous doctor retired, she was recommended this practice by her insurance company. Since then, it's been an absolute nightmare. Starting off with the intake paperwork before even scheduling an appointment, the forms were not fillable or accessible, and were word documents. New patient. Do not Recommend. In the short time i have been a patient here they have: 1. set up my information from my new patient packet into a different patients portal with the same name. I therefore got messages confirming this other patients appointments thinking they were my own. 2. Been sent for labs at baystate...only for them to not remember ort know where they referred me to get said labs. Worst doctors office I’ve ever seen in over 30 years. No one answers the phone, ever. Prescription refill requests are ignored. They have an ancient/almost non-existent online patient portal and in the office- there is no provacy during your appointment since their walls are made of paper and you can hear every single thing being said in the other rooms. All around 0 stars. This office should be shut down permanently.
