I had both the endoscopy and colonoscopy; the staff were very efficient and professional. I can't say that "I can't wait to go back again." :-), but it was an excellent experience.
Really great experience when I had my colonoscopy. Everything is streamlined very very well - and with regard to my IV, I had a fantastic person, Jo, who got it on the first try (typically impossible with my collapsing and tiny veins) - the entire staff is so friendly and caring, and Dr. Reddy is thorough and a great listener.
Dr. Reddy is always on time. Great bedside manner. Very thorough and willing to answer all questions and hear your concerns. Dr. Reddy also has wonderful nurses and a great team that she works with. I have been seeing Dr. Reddy for many years and will continue to do so. If you use Dr. Reddy you are in good hands!
Dr. Reddy and staff were excellent...as always. Very friendly, very attentive and genuinely warm.
From the time I entered the facility with the receptionist I was very comfortable. The intake process very smooth and the care for me as a patient all exceptional.
